How to use, limits & privacy

Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP image. The browser samples at most 1 megapixel and groups pixels into 4-bit-per-channel RGB bins. Reported colors are alpha-weighted bin averages, not a perceptual clustering algorithm. Transparent pixels contribute no weight. Percentages use all visible sampled pixels, so the top bins may total less than 100%. Animated inputs use a still decoded frame. No metadata inspection or removal is performed.

Images: JPEG/PNG/WebP, 8 MiB, 12 megapixels. Dimensions are checked before decoding; JPEG frame dimensions must occur within the first 256 KiB. Corrupt or unsupported inputs are rejected.

Inputs are never uploaded. Results are rendered as text or a locally generated image. Original files remain unchanged. Changing input invalidates previous results.
